A/C Tune-Up

The client would like to sign up for the service agreement related to the HVAC equipment
Begin with the A/C system; the client has two systems. The same service would be performed for both units.

Remove the fan motors to access the bottom of the condenser. Power-wash and vacuum out all debris inside the condenser. Power-wash the condenser coil with water. Brush and blow all electrical parts with an air gun, then spray them with an anti-rust product. Test the capacitor for proper voltage. Clean the condenser cover with soap and water.

Inside the house, brush the condensate drain trap and pour water into the drain to ensure the line is clear; clean the condensation pump; the air filter was clean and did not require replacement.

This concludes the A/C system tune-up service.
