Noel Castellanos932 days agoJD and team were phenomenal. Down to earth folks, fair pricing, absolutely insane turnaround time, attention to detail, and professional. They replaced a 10+ yo furnace with a new unit and addressed deficiencies in the system, while navigating the tight space. They were able to identify additional items in my basement which I was planning on fixing, and offered great deals for future work, all within the fair pricing I've researched online. Calling plumbers/HVAC folks always seemed somewhat daunting, but these guys made it easy, fast, and did it right. I sound like an ad right now, but these guys deserve it.+0Posted on Google

Jay Madlangbayan1867 days agoI hired Infinite Comfort to replace a steam boiler for my house. The removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler occurred on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Here is my review for Infinite Comfort: 1). Price paid - Infinite Comfort quoted a very reasonable and fair price for the new boiler, installation of boiler with new pipes as well as removal of old boiler. 2). Boiler - Infinite Comfort recommended the Slant Fin boiler. While our old boiler was an old Weil-McLain boiler, this particular model was priced over $1,000 more since it has a better perceived brand name in the industry. While Infinite Comfort could have pushed a similar model to us they recommended the Slant Fin model since it performs the same, has literally the same components, but at a less expensive price point. Props to Infinite Comfort for being honest and educating me on boilers. 3). Removal of old boiler - Infinite Comfort took the old boiler out fairly quickly. They started around 9:15am and removed and loaded the old boiler on their truck by about 10:15am 4). Installation of new boiler - The owner, Fabio, of Infinite Comfort took the helm in installing the new boiler. He was extremely diligent and laser focused in installing the boiler correctly. Also, he cleaned the work area when he was finished. By the time he was finished it was around 8:15pm. So, about 11 hours from start to finish. Lastly, Fabio was very thorough in explaining how to flush the boiler yearly. 5). Would I hire them again? Absolutely!!! The folks at Infinite Comfort are honest, reputable and insured. CM19 days agoWonderful. The whole experience with Infinite Comfort was great. Fabio did a great job on a very hard problem. He replaced the heat exchanger under warranty on a Crown Boiler, redid the piping and replaced the water feed and thermostat. Hes really good at diagnosing the problems. Now the Boiler works perfect. Before I had other companies work on it and they made a big mess out of it. He knew exactly every part and how it was supposed to work. I called this company because they are on the list on the Crown paperwork. Lauriele who was my contact at Infunite Comfort was organized and pleasant very professional. I am going to use them to service my furnace on a go foward basis. Now I don’t have to worry about it anymore!Posted on Google

I made several appointments with this company a week in advance and I took off work just for them to tell me they do not serve my town anymore at 8 pm when the appointment was at 8 am . now I sat here all day with promises of them coming just for them not to show up . Anna Krapivina28 days agoFabio is my go-to HVAC contractor. I have an annual service plan with him and call him whenever I need a repair or have an HVAC issue. Over the years, I’ve recommended him to my neighbors, friends, and clients, and he now takes care of many of them as well. His approach to customer service is superb. He is always on time, professional, clean, efficient, and dependable—and most importantly, he gets the job done right. I highly recommend Fabio and his company. I wish them many years of continued success, partly for selfish reasons—I want Fabio to keep taking care of my HVAC system for many years to come!Posted on Google

Joyce Simmons3035 days agoIm a 20+ homeowner in Hillside. I have central air and during the horrific heat wave my compressor stop running. I called friend and family I thought could help. So I decided to google Hvac and infinite comfort was the first. I called around 8pm cried my story and I was told they could be at my home between 9-10 pm. They showed up at my door at 9:50. I received a truly valuable service from him and most importantly a peace of mind. I was grateful to find infinite comfort who treated me with care and respect. Fabio DaSilva of Infinite Comfort is absolutely and unequivocally the very best Technician for any job that requires his expertise. Fabio is always most honorable, sincere and truly outstanding!! .. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sewer line was replaced and in working order before he left. Fabio also cleaned and power sprayed all the dirt on the driveway, sidewalk and streets. I called Saturday July 25 @ 9:35 am. Spoke to the tech who stated “Today had no availability, next available time would be 7:00 Monday July 27”. The time and cost estimates was agreed. Monday no show at my place. I called the office at 9:37 am. They had no knowledge of the service request, but they could book me for Tuesday July 28. No thanks

I called several times to ask when I should expect it and I was told they would check and call me back, which they never did. Several weeks later, I told them to just refund me the $240. They then finally told me what happened to the video - they said the camera was broken and the video was either poor quality or non-existent, so they said they would send me a check for the $240. After over two weeks, I followed up and got no return call. It has now been a month since they promised me the refund and I still haven't received it. We are honorable people. If they send me my refund, I would change the review, but as it stands, they get an F.Posted on Angie's ListMona A.2682 days agoFabio from Infinite Comfort is Fabulous! My Central A/C unit stopped working in the middle of a recent heat wave. I called my usual service provider who informed me that my 15 year old a/c unit was broken and needed to be replaced. I called Fabio of Infinite Comfort for an estimate to replace the a/c unit. Fabio looked at the a/c unit and immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken capacitor and said the a/c unit didn't need to be replaced, it just needed a part, which he had on his truck! Then he replaced the capacitor, and cleaned the whole a/c unit, working outside in the rain for 2 hours! The whole charge was less than $600 and I had my a/c back on !
