Extremely professional and knowledgeable. My AC broke in this extreme heat, I called them and they sent Jimmy right away, then Jimmy and Oswaldo removed the old system and installed the new one. Both Jimmy and Oswaldo worked in extreme heat and it was even worse in the attic. I have extreme respect for the technicians and this company, I highly recommend them. Thanks for the help

Technicians explained what they could do to remedy poor drainage in an exterior drain pipe. They snaked the section in questions and determined that the underground pipe was not properly graded toward the street. That was explained as a possible result if no blockage was found. I called to book some repair/maintenance with this team and they were able to give me an appointment that same day. Fabio was polite, professional and explained the work that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand without being condescending. He addressed all the concerns I had with my boiler and radiators, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. All the costs were explained to me beforehand, and although it wasn?t cheap, I believe it was a fair price for good quality work. Will happily book Fabio and Infinite Comfort again.

Fabio came to do a service on our 20+ year old hvac system. We just moved to our house in August so we weren't sure how to use some of the systems functionality. He pointed out things we should keep our eye on and fixed the humidifier component of the system. He also replaced all our filters. I hired Infinite Comfort to replace a steam boiler for my house. The removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler occurred on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Here is my review for Infinite Comfort:1). Price paid - Infinite Comfort quoted a very reasonable and fair price for the new boiler, installation of boiler with new pipes as well as removal of old boiler.2). Boiler - Infinite Comfort recommended the Slant Fin boiler. While our old boiler was an old Weil-McLain boiler, this particular model was priced over $1,000 more since it has a better perceived brand name in the industry. While Infinite Comfort could have pushed a similar model to us they recommended the Slant Fin model since it performs the same, has literally the same components, but at a less expensive price point. Props to Infinite Comfort for being honest and educating me on boilers.3). Removal of old boiler - Infinite Comfort took the old boiler out fairly quickly. They started around 9:15am and removed and loaded the old boiler on their truck by about 10:15am4). Installation of new boiler - The owner, Fabio, of Infinite Comfort took the helm in installing the new boiler. He was extremely diligent and laser focused in installing the boiler correctly. Also, he cleaned the work area when he was finished. By the time he was finished it was around 8:15pm. So, about 11 hours from start to finish. Lastly, Fabio was very thorough in explaining how to flush the boiler yearly. 5). Would I hire them again? Absolutely!!! The folks at Infinite Comfort are honest, reputable and insured.

Our boiler broke beyond repair during the coldest part of winter, so we needed a new boiler quickly. Infinite was incredibly responsive from the first time we contacted them. They suggested an appropriate unit for our house (the previous one was much larger and oversized for our needs) and were able to install it within two days of first meeting with us. The estimators and installers were all knowledgeable experts but also pleasant to work with.
