Steam Boiler Tune-up
The client has requested a service tune-up for the steam boiler in preparation for the upcoming season.
1. Begin by flushing out all the accumulated sludge inside the boiler using a high-velocity pump. Flush the system several times until clear water comes out.
2. Next, brush and use an air gun to blow out the fire tubes and all electrical components.
3. Remove the pressure pigtail trap, clean it, and reinstall it. This includes the low water cut-off and calibrating the automatic feeder.
4. Finally, spray a silicone coating on all electrical components and the boiler covers.
5. Ask the client to turn the system on to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Rain Gutter Drain Clogged
The client had the left side of the house's ring, gutter, and drainage system clogged, overflowing from a connection toward the back of the house.
With the client's permission, we began hydrogen-jetting the entire system, left and right, and jetting the line all the way back to the storm drain on the street from both sides of the house; the left side was more critical. There was a lot of roof flashing and dirt inside the lines. We also found a piece of wood stuck in there.
Reconnect the entire gutter piping system; secure all in place with screws .
