Hot Water Boiler Tune-up

The client wants to perform a hot water boiler tune-up before the upcoming heating season.

We start by flushing all the water out of the system and replacing it with fresh water. Using an air gun, we blow out all the fire tubes and electrical components.

We also check the expansion tank and eliminator, as well as the automatic feeder. After completing the cleaning, we spray anti-rust silicone on the boiler cover and some electrical parts.

Then, we turn the heat on and observe the operation. Everything seems to be working fine.

A/C Tune-up

Second visit tune up for the AC season part of the HVAC service agreement.
Clean the outdoor condenser, remove the fan motor vacuum with power wash the inside of the condenser, at the electrical component brush them and blow them with air gun, tested capacitor for proper voltage, clean the outside of the condenser cover with soap and a brush.

System is ready to go
