A/C Tune-Up
The client would like a tune-up for the central HVAC system.
Start with the air-conditioning system. Remove the condenser top and cover, vacuum all debris inside the condensing unit. Use a power wash to clean the bottom of the condenser and the radiator coil with water.
Use a brush to clean all electrical components and blow them dry with an air gun. Check refrigerant levels; everything appears to be within range. The condenser unit was out of level, so we used vibration pads to level it. This is very important because the compressor contains oil, and if it's not level, it won't lubricate properly.
Inside the house, we attempted to brushed the condensate drain trap but unfortunately, it’s improperly done all the connections are glued together with no access to the trap. I explained the client that it’s not possible to clean this trap at this time and send an estimate to correct the mistake also checked the air filter, and everything appears to be okay.
The system is now ready for summer. A follow-up visit will be scheduled for winter.

A/C Repair
The Client has a problem with the central AC system not working. When we turned the system on at the thermostat, nothing turned on. We then checked continuity on all the thermostat wires and confirmed that the new thermostat recently installed works for heating but not cooling .
With the client's permission, we installed a new thermostat and tested heating and cooling to ensure everything was working fine.
The outdoor condenser unit would also benefit from a service clean to ensure proper operation. We started by removing the cover of the condenser, vacuuming and power washing the bottom of the condenser; we also power washed the condenser coil with water, removed the outside cover and vacuumed all the dirt buildup, at the electrical compartment, we brush all the electrical components and brush them with an air gun. The condenser unit was not properly level. This could damage the compressor unit due to the oil balance levels inside. We added four vibration pads underneath the unit to bring it back to perfect level.
This concludes the service tune-up for the AC season
We conduct a carbon monoxide test to the furnace and have register a 45 PPM of carbon monoxide leak at a 10 minute operation, unfortunately, this furnace has reached end of life and it needs to be replaced. A separate estimate will be sent to replace the furnace..

A/C Tune Up
The client would like to service the central air conditioning system in preparetion for the upcoming season.
we remove the condenser cover and side panel, then power wash and vacuum all debris from inside the condenser unit, also power wash with water the condenser radiator . We brush and use an air gun to clean all electrical components, test the capacitor for proper voltage, and discovered that the original divide is delivering seven points below the minimum threshold. To prevent damage to the fan motor, we install a new capacitor. Lastly, we clean the external cover of the condenser unit.
Inside the house, we brush the trap and vacuum the pipe from outside, check that the filter is still in good condition. This concludes the service tune-up for the cooling system.
The client still has a pending visit for the heating.
