A/C Tune-Up
The client needed service and a tune-up of the central air conditioning system in preparation for the upcoming season.
The client observed that the AC unit wasn’t functioning properly upon inspection, specifically the unit located in the back. We noticed the condensing unit was out of level due to ground erosion, which significantly impacts compressor efficiency.
With the client’s permission, we began servicing the outdoor condenser and corrected the issues.
First, we removed the top condenser fan motor, power-washed and vacuumed the inside of the condenser unit, and power-washed the condenser radiator coil.
In the electrical compartment, we brushed and blew all electrical parts with an air gun. Finally, we cleaned the outdoor condenser cover with soap and water.
Inside the house, we brushed the condensation trap and ran water through the line to ensure it was clear. We checked the air filter, which appears very clean, so no replacement was needed. The system is now ready to go, reaching all the perimeter.

A/C Tune-up
The client wants to tune up the HVAC systems for the upcoming season.
Begin with the A/C system.
Remove the fan motors to access the bottom of the condenser. Power-wash and vacuum out all debris inside the condenser. Power-wash the condenser coil with water. Brush and blow all electrical parts with an air gun, then spray them with an anti-rust product. Test the capacitor for proper voltage. Clean the condenser cover with soap and water.
Inside the house, brush the condensate drain trap and pour water into the drain to ensure the line is clear. Replace the client-provided air filter.
This concludes the service tune-up for the A/C system
